Customer Service

So I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this but only requests that get sent to the payments department get answered. And they generally do not even bother to read your request properly. When dealing with the service for this game please try to use small easily translatable words. The service personal do not seem to be well versed in the game so try to be patient. So if you are trying to get a question answered please remember:
Use small words
Repeat what you need 3-4 times and be prepared to do it more
always send your needs to payment issues

  1. Also if you do not log into your alternate accounts they will be randomly moved and nothing will be done for you about it even if you did fork over the cash to have them moved initially.

  2. My arena got bugged on one of my alts while back. I mailed support (settings->account->contact us->bug feedback), attaching a screenshot of my issue, and even thought I was quite skeptical about it, got a reply the day right after. They said it might take a while to sort out but after a week, maybe like 5 days or so, the problem was solved.
