Some things to consider when sending a ticket:
- Always submit a ticket in English if possible ALL Gms are fluent in english so an english ticket will be responded to faster. Gms are not allowed to respond to a ticket unless they are fluent in the language.
- GM's cannot see tickets submitted by gold players
- If you feel that your issue will need to be escalated to developers the gms will need to know your server, coordinates and your nickname. As well as a description thats it NEVER your password.
- If its for a password reset they need more information to verify the account is yours.
- always try to exit the game and restart the program before sending a ticket 70% of all missing item tickets can be solved in this manner.
