Treasures and Troubles is a new event. You refresh the spin wheel for a chance to gain higher level chests. I have only ever seen Common and Basic using the free spins. You have 3 free spins each time you acquire a chest. And 10 Free chances to acquire chests each day.
You can also raid other players for their Puzzle pieces. Raiding works like the arena no troop loss and no march time.
