Lilly Collection is a pretty basic event much the same as Imperial Overlord. You get set points based on your activities throughout the day. This is definitely an event geared towards gold buyers!
I have the latest event listed here as well as the cheapest way to get all rewards. The max points you can get for free are listed as well. Lottery spins are the most cost effective for this event since every tenth spin is a free spin. So those are free points.
